Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is a Canadian actress best known for her role as a main character in the Freeform Fantasy Series Shadowhunters as well as Venevision Television series Cosita linda and Voltea pa' which she is enamoured. She is also a dancer and also models. Her home is in Montreal However, she was raised studying in Texas. Her passion for dancing has been in her since childhood. Since she was a child, she had been trained in various dance forms. When she was 15 she was competing in beauty pageants. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia achieved fame after she participated in Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2008.
