Necar Zadegan, born 20 July 1982 in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg West Germany. Necar holds German and American nationalities. Necar has become popular because of her acting talents. Her parents, who were born in Germany but moved to California shortly after Necar was born, raised her in San Francisco.
