Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. She was best known for the role of Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012), and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). Her role was as the main character Jerrica Jem benton in the 2015 film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. There is a younger sister Ally. Aubrey was a performer with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her youth. She graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was a valedictory address for the class in 2012. Harvard University admitted her, but she needed to be able to consent for her admission two times in order to get her job at Nashville. Peeples appeared on the screen in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) as in Grey's Anatomy (2005). Also, she had a regular part in Necessary Rustiness (1991). Peeples was a part of the made-for television movies Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. In season two, she played Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples revealed that she has bipolar disorder in an interview during the 2019 season of NKD Magazine. Indiewire has named Peeples among the best actors under the age of 20 in September 2014.
